BECOME A MEMBER

Support UKROA’s mission to preserve and promote Kirat Rai culture. Choose the membership level that fits you best.

General Membership

$30 /triennial
Membership shall be granted to any Kirat-Rai individual who can trace their ethnic origin to an indigenous Kirat-Rai ancestor of Nepal, as well as to non–Kirat-Rai individuals who wish to obtain membership through marriage and have adopted the Kirat-Rai surname, provided they abide by the mission of UKROA and remain members in good standing. The membership fee is $30 for a three-year term for the general public, with a 50% discount available to student members.Students get 50% discount. Valid for 3 years.

Life Membership

$200
Membership shall be granted exclusively to Kirat-Rai individuals. The membership fee is $200 or more. Admission to membership shall be granted at the discretion of the Board upon thorough review and approval of the applicant’s application.

Patron Membership

$1001
This membership shall be granted to any Kirat-Rai general member or past office bearer who possesses deep knowledge of the organization, has extensive work experience within UKROA, and is in good standing as a general member. The membership fee shall be $1001.00 or more. Membership approval is subject to the Board’s decision following a review of the applicant’s application. The patron member’s photograph shall be permanently displayed on the UKROA website unless the patron requests otherwise.

Associate Membership

$30 or $200
This membership shall be granted to both Kirat-Rai and non–Kirat-Rai individuals. The Associate Membership fee shall be either $30 for a three-year term or a one-time payment of $200.00 or more. Associate Members are not eligible to serve as the Central Executive Committee President or as a Local Chapter Executive Committee President. This membership may be granted to individuals residing anywhere in the world.

Honorary Membership

Free
This membership shall be offered to individuals recognized as honorable at the national or international level, as well as to Presidents of organizations other than UKROA. No membership fee is required for this category.

Institutional / Corporate

$300 /triennial
For organizations supporting Kirat-Rai community. Benefits and full details coming soon.
